Trac 0.9 trac_post_commit_hook does not fix ticket

I've upgraded from trac 0.8.4 to 0.9.3 to fix the bug in 0.8 which meant that email notifications would only be sent out where an update to the ticket status was done via the website, but not when generated by a "fix #ticketnum" comment in the svn commit.

This does now send out the emails, but it doesn't actually mark the ticket as closed.
